What age do you have to be to play Tag Rugby?

The minimum age to register for a Try Tag Rugby league, tournament, or taster session is 14 years old. Unfortunetly, for insurance purposes, we are unable to accept players younger than 14 years of age. However, those aged lower than 14 are welcome to attend one of our dedicated junior sessions

There is no upper age limit for individuals looking to play Tag Rugby. Whilst we regularly have players in their 40s and 50s compete in standard leagues and at tournaments, we also offer 'Vet's' leagues for women aged 35 and men aged 38 and over. You can find all of the upcoming leagues in your area here and all of our upcoming taster sessions here
