Whilst we make every effort to ensure that Tag Rugby is a fun, safe, and inclusive sport for everyone, we recognise that sometimes players may feel as though these high standards have not been adhered to. In such instances, we welcome players to submit an official formal complaint. 


If you would like to submit a complaint then please either do this by emailing your feedback to info@trytagrugby.com or by filling out our contact form. We want to ensure that players have the best time possible when participating in one of our leagues or tournaments, as such we treat all complaints very seriously. You will receive an initial response to your feedback within 24 hours, and a detailed follow-up from the relevant member of staff within 48 hours. Your complaint will be logged and recorded so that we can use this information to better our services in the future. 


When submitting your complaint, please outline which business area your complaint falls under: 

  • Referees
  • Fixture generation
  • League administration - staff member
  • League administration - team placement, division, league
  • Venue condition
  • Technical problem
  • Tournament


Your complaint will be handled along the following procedure:

  1. Complaint received 
  2. Initial response sent back to the customer from the customer service team, acknowledging the complaint and outlining the complaint procedure 
  3. Customers' complaints to be logged and recorded 
  4. The complaint will be reviewed and passed on to the relevant member of staff 
  5. Appropriate outcomes will be discussed with staff and then communicated to the customer, as well as logged 
  6. Outcomes actioned by Try Tag Rugby staff to resolve the issue
  7. Feedback to be requested from the customer and the case is to be closed
