Around 3-4 working days before your league is due to begin, you will receive a welcome email from your League Coordinator/Manager. This welcome email will contain what team you have been placed in (if you registered as an individual), the link to the fixtures page where you can see what day and time your first game is, and all of the information you need for the venue - such as how to get there. After the first week of games, you wil receive a Round One Review, which will detail the format of your league, what pool or division your team will compete in, and any information regarding the after-match social venue.
If you have registered as an individual for a league and we have unfortunately not been able to place you in a team, then we will contact you with what options are available for you, such as alternative venues or days. We will provide your options no later than 2 working days before the league is due to begin - but hopefuly sooner. If no options are suitable then you will be offered a full refund.
